A sketch plan is an initial scaled diagram of your building project.
The plan will give an indication of layout, including broad measurements, furniture, or anything else necessary to the purpose of the plan.
Typically this included 2 sheets usually one being a floor plan.
Sketch plans are useful to help plan the project within the boundaries and non-negotiable elements of your site and current home.
